DMCA Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
IPTV Latino respects intellectual property and expects everyone who uses the service to do the same. This policy explains our position on copyright and exactly how to send us a notice of alleged infringement.
1. We do not host content
IPTV Latino acts as a service provider. We do not host, store, upload or broadcast any of the media that reaches you through third-party servers and applications, we do not create that content, and we have no control over what those third parties make available.
2. Reporting alleged infringement
A copyright owner, or someone authorised to act for one, may send us a written notice if they believe material available through the service infringes their rights. Because the content is not on our own infrastructure, we forward valid notices to the responsible third-party provider and take any further reasonable steps within our control.
3. What your notice must include
A notice is only valid if it includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice. It must include your signature, identification of the material and where it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, and your contact details with your consent to jurisdiction.
5. Repeat infringers
When circumstances justify it, we restrict or end access for any user who is the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
6. How to reach us
Send notices and counter-notices to [email protected], or use our contact page. Please write “DMCA” in the subject line so your message goes directly to the right inbox instead of the support queue.
