How do reseller credits work?
One credit equals one connection for one month — it really is that simple. Three months on one device uses 3 credits; three months on two devices uses 6. Credits are the only currency in the panel, and there is no monthly fee underneath them.
Do unused credits ever run out?
No. Your balance stays there for as long as you need. Buy a package now and use it over the next twelve months as customers arrive — keeping credits costs you nothing.
Is there a limit on free trials for my customers?
As many as you need. Trials use demo tickets, not credits, so a 24-hour test is free for you whether or not the person buys. Showing the service working is the best sales tool there is, which is why we do not limit it.
How soon is my reseller panel ready?
We build the panel and load your credits once payment clears, and send the login by email or WhatsApp — usually within the hour and always the same day. Buying late at night? Message us first and we will tell you honestly when to expect it.
Which app do my customers use?
The same free players our own subscribers use, such as IBO Player Pro, IPTV Smarters or TiviMate, so you never buy a player licence for anyone. Any Xtream Codes player works — the login does not care which app reads it.
Is the reseller panel hard to use?
Not really. The panel is a web dashboard: fill in a short form to create a line and press a button to renew one. What you do need is patience to help your own customers with their Firestick or TV, because they will ask you first. Our setup guide is public, so feel free to send them there.
Who handles support for my customers?
You do, and that is how it should be — they are your customers, you set the price and you keep the margin. We support you: as soon as a problem turns out to be a server, a channel or the panel, it is ours to solve.
Can I move up to a larger credit package?
Yes, with nothing to rebuild. Buy another package and the credits are added to your current balance, on the same panel with the same customers and login. Larger bundles have a lower price per credit, so most resellers move up once their volume justifies it.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes. You sell under your own name and prices, and your customers deal only with you. Nothing they see requires them to know where the lines come from.
