We only collect what we need to sell you a subscription and keep it running. In practice, that is the information you enter yourself in our order, free-trial and contact forms:
- Your name, email address, and a phone or WhatsApp number.
- Your country and the type of device you plan to watch on.
- The plan you selected, and anything you write to us.
- Two technical details saved automatically with every form — your IP address and browser user-agent — used only to prevent abuse of the forms.
2. How we use your information
We use it for these purposes and no others:
- Creating and activating your subscription or free trial line.
- Sending your login details and your order confirmation.
- Answering your messages by email or WhatsApp.
- Detecting fraud, abuse, and repeat free trials requested under a different name.
3. How your information is stored
Your details are kept in our database and can be accessed only by our own team through authenticated admin tools. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone for advertising — no such arrangement exists.
4. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of providers to run the service. Your email address is passed to our email provider solely to deliver transactional messages such as order confirmations, login details and replies. Payments are handled through a third-party gift-card marketplace, so your card number never reaches us and is never seen or stored by us.
5. Data retention
We keep your information while your subscription is active and for a reasonable time after it ends, so we can handle renewals, support history and our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time, except for records the law requires us to keep.
6. Your rights
You have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to ask us to stop using it. Send any of these requests to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to work. There are no advertising cookies and nothing that follows you across other websites.
