1. About the service

IPTV Latino sells a subscription that gives access to streaming content carried on third-party servers and played through player applications. We provide the access and the support around it. We do not produce, own or broadcast the underlying channels or media, and we do not claim to.

2. Your subscription

When you buy a subscription you receive login credentials for the number of devices your plan includes. Those credentials are for you alone. You are responsible for keeping them private and for all activity on the line while they are used.

3. Acceptable use

By using the service, you agree not to:

• Share, resell or sublicense your credentials without our written permission.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the laws where you live.
• Try to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or gain access to it or its servers that you have not been given.
• Use more simultaneous connections than your purchased plan allows.

4. Content and third parties

All content available through the service comes from third parties. We do not host or control it, and we do not guarantee that any specific channel or title will stay available — line-ups change without notice. It is your responsibility, not ours, to make sure your use of that content complies with the broadcasting and copyright laws of your country.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service stable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, third-party outages and things outside our control — including your own internet connection and equipment — can all affect access.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access without a refund if you breach these terms, most often the acceptable-use rules above. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the version then in effect.
